Continuing with trends we saw in the second quarter, properties in Boulder County are spending less time on the market and selling at higher prices compared to this time last year. In Boulder, the average sales price of a single-family home rose almost 11%, while the median price rose almost 5%. For condos and townhomes in Boulder, the average days to contract decreased by almost 12%, while the average days to contract for single-family homes decreased in most areas around the county, with the notable exception of Superior.
