The first half of 2015 has proved to be a seller’s market, with rising sales prices and decreased inventory. In year-to-date figures, the average sales price of a single family home rose by 15% in Boulder, or from $794,000 to $914,000. In June alone, the average sales price of a single family home rose 11.2% compared to June 2014. Another notable sign of a seller’s market? The 28.6% decrease in the amount of time a home stayed on the market compared to June 2014. Townhome and condo figures followed a similar trend. See the full stats here.
