Pedal to Properties Pearl Street Boulder is involved

Pedal to Properties Pearl Street Boulder, including management and our agents, are committed to the communities where we live and work. We support and participate in many local organizations through volunteer efforts and funding contributions. 

Boulder's Walk & Bike Month
Pedal to Properties Pearl Street Boulder has been the title sponsor for Bike to Work Day in Boulder for the last two years. This is one of the largest annual events in Boulder, with more than 7,500 individuals registering to commute to work for the day on bike. As an organization committed to changing how people move around our city, Pedal to Properties is proud to sponsor this fun, positive event.

Boards and Committees
One of our agents, Botsy Phillips, is president of the International Mountain Biking Association. Matt Kolb, Pedal to Properties, is current president of 2140, a Chamber of Commerce group dedicated to engaging young leaders in the community. And many of our other agents are actively engaged in civic organizations to help better our local Boulder community.

Supporting Visiting Guests
As part of our effort to reduce traffic in town, Pedal to Properties Pearl Street Boulder has created a unique arrangement with several of our local hotels to provide Pedal to Properties cruiser bikes -- at no cost -- to guests who want to check out Boulder from the comfort of a bike. As a result, these guests get a whole new perspective of Boulder from its tons of trails and bike paths.
