Real Estate Market

Winter Newsletter!

Greetings from Pedal To Properties,

We hope this newsletter finds you all doing well. Autumn is in the air in Boulder and with this change of seasons a change in our local real estate market is occurring as well. Throughout the end of the summer months we started to notice that the crazy sellers market had begun to level off. Now we are seeing more days on market for listings, more price drops and, on the whole, fewer buyers hunting for properties. This leveling off is a healthy shift in the market and we welcome this change. It is our opinion that it remains a historically excellent time to sell but we are, at the same time, entering a more healthy period to purchase properties. Please feel free to call us to discuss the specifics of where the market stands today.

As always, Enjoy the ride.
