Niki was named a Top Producer at Keller Williams/Boulder from 2005 – 2007 before joining Pedal to Properties in 2010.

It was a ski trip while at the University of Kansas that would change her destiny.  Falling in love with skiing, she moved to Vail, Colorado after her college graduation.  After two years of the ski town lifestyle, her passion for magazines and advertising called her to Boulder, Colorado.  Her 12 year publishing career included managing direct mail promotions for the former Women’s Sports and Fitness Magazine and managing advertising accounts for such publications as Rocky Mountain Sports and The Boulder County Business Report.  Working hard up the ranks in the publishing industry, she learned the fundamentals of good sales management and effective marketing.
