Julie grew up predominantly in California, and has lived in Colorado for 12 years with her husband, Tom and daughter Sara. Currently residing in Boulder, Julie is active in her community and church, and enjoys being outdoors with her friends and family in her spare time. Julie is also a yoga enthusiast! Julie is a highly energetic individual who prides herself in ethics and integrity. Having moved and been relocated a number of times, Julie is compassionate about the relocation and moving process. Julie has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer with multiple repeat clients, and has received national recognition for her quality service and production.  

Sarah grew up on the coast of Virginia and North Carolina and graduated with honors with a Bachelors' of Graphic Design from NC State University. After five years working as a creative in advertising and marketing, she decided to pursue new horizons in Colorado and a career in Real Estate. Sarah is known by clients and friends to be honest, diligent, friendly and hardworking, and feels strongly that you should work with the same ideals that you live by. Sarah's clients appreciate her ability as a strong negotiator, and level, approachable manner that always makes them feel comfortable. She has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer and has won office awards for level of service.
