Our philosophy is to connect with active, healthy and eco-conscious home buyers and sellers, who like us, want to “think outside the car” through our optional cruiser bike tour services.
Craig Della Penna opened this franchise because he believes in the village center. In a community, the indicator of vitality is the bicycle and pedestrian lifestyle. By forming a real estate firm with this core belief— to show just how walk-able/bike-able many neighborhoods are—it is a game changer. As more and more people appreciate this neighborhood design, the more traffic is calmed and the quality of life in neighborhoods increases. With more people biking and walking in their neighborhoods, a stronger local community is built and local businesses begin to thrive.
Della Penna says the future of America lies not only with high mileage cars and super-efficient houses but also with inter-connected networks of bike and hike trails that link people where they live, work and play.
